This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to selected Harrison Agents activities, promotions, prize draws, referral programmes and community initiatives.
By participating in any relevant activity, promotion or programme, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions listed below. These terms may be updated from time to time, so we recommend reviewing this page before participating.
Open Home Feedback Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions:
One entry is permitted per person, per property. The prize draw will take place on the the first business day of the following month. The prize draw is open to Tasmanian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Harrison Agents and their immediate families. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided, and all reasonable attempts will be made to contact them. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. The prize is subject to change and availability. Supplier terms and conditions may apply. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Clubs and Community Referral Programme – Terms and Conditions:
- Referral donation offer
Under the Harrison Agents Club and Community Referral Bonus, Harrison Agents will donate $500 to an eligible Tasmanian club, sporting club, school, community group or not-for-profit organisation when a vendor lists and sells their property with Harrison Agents.The programme applies only to selected clubs and organisations connected with participating Harrison Agents representatives. To be eligible, the vendor must nominate their chosen club or not-for-profit organisation at the time of signing the agency agreement. The referral bonus cannot be applied retrospectively after the agency agreement has been signed. - Qualifying sale
The $500 donation is payable once the property has successfully settled and Harrison Agents has received its selling commission. - Nominated organisation
The nominated club, community group or not-for-profit organisation must be based in Tasmania, Australia only and able to receive payment by electronic funds transfer. Harrison Agents may request confirmation of the organisation’s details before payment is made. - One donation per property sale
Only one $500 donation is payable per settled property sale. Where more than one organisation is nominated, the vendor must select one recipient before settlement. - Existing listings
The referral bonus does not apply to properties already listed with Harrison Agents unless the Club and Community Referral Bonus was noted at the time the agency agreement was signed. - Payment timing
Payment will be made to the nominated organisation within a reasonable period after settlement, subject to the organisation providing valid payment details. - No cash alternative
The referral bonus is paid directly to the nominated organisation and cannot be paid to the vendor, exchanged for cash or deducted from selling fees. - Program changes
Harrison Agents may amend, suspend or withdraw the Club and Community Referral Bonus at any time. Eligible sales already signed under the program will be honoured in accordance with these terms. - Final decision
Harrison Agents reserves the right to determine whether a sale qualifies for the referral bonus.
