Whilst we have played our part in some of the biggest, most intricate real estate transactions in the state, we are equally at home helping typical Aussie families buy and sell their homes across this beautiful state. The Harrison family has been involved in the Tasmanian real estate industry since 1842, when our director Tom Harrison’s great great great grandfather C. J. Weedon started working as an auctioneer and general merchant. For nearly a century our family proudly worked in this industry.
Then in 1981, Robert M Harrison established Harrison Humphreys which has continued in its original Launceston location until 2021. Today Tom Harrison sits at the helm, with offices in both Launceston and Hobart and a well-established legacy for conducting business with the same honest and community-minded spirit that has kept us going for nearly 200 years.
