Rural Property Sales

The Harrison family have been selling Tasmanian rural property since 1842, with some of the states largest and most sought after land holdings transacted by family members over six generations. This is highlighted by the sale of “Richmond Hill” in Cressy which was sold by CJ Weedon in 1860 and has thrice been sold by Robert Harrison who is CJ Weedon’s great, great grandson in 1999, 2002 and 2012. Based in the Midlands, the family also brokered wool rounding out their rural offering as they built strong, generational relationships within the region’s farming community.

Today, the business continues to build on those historic relationships whilst showcasing our clients properties to all corners of the globe using the latest in digital marketing solutions. Whilst our methods may have changed, the way in which we serve our clients has not, maintaining the same relationship-based values that have seen the business navigate and thrive for over 180 years.
