The successful operator will have the opportunity to service a diverse customer base including those working within Lodge Heather, visitors to the building, the surrounding Newstead community and passing traffic.
The vision is for a welcoming, community focused café offering quality coffee together with high quality, sustainably sourced food and products that align with the broader values of the development.
With intentionally limited indoor café seating, the opportunity has been designed to encourage an operator to think beyond the traditional café model and take advantage of the wider commercial opportunities available within the building.
